Tropical Cyclone Oma is expected to move slowly southwest over the Coral Sea during the next couple of days. Abnormally high tides, dangerous surf, heightened sea state and strengthening winds are expected along the southern Queensland coast ahead of Oma. Conditions can change quickly and we recommend you keep up to date on the latest forecast for your area on the Bureau of Meteorology's website.
